On October 14, NAA held the workshop “Requirements for a state accreditation application and attached documents”.

There were 26 participants – representatives of Russian educational organizations of higher education.

The Deputy Head of NAA Elena Efimova opened the workshop with a welcome address.

Olga Kulkova, the leading legal adviser of the Regulatory and Personnel Support Department, made the first report at the workshop under the headline “The procedure of applying for state accreditation of educational activities, as of reissuing a state accreditation certificate. Legal requirements. Cases and reasons for rejection of the application”.

Elena Aftenyeva, the Head of the Automated Data Processing Department, told about compilation of the set of documents for state accreditation by an educational organization. She also provided the workshop participants with a hands-on training focused on filling in different kinds of application. She drew special attention to typical mistakes made when doing it.

Elena Zakhvatova, the Head of the Department for Innovative Development, made the presentation “Filling in of reference forms of the Data on study programs’ delivery: analysis of typical mistakes and practical guidelines”.

Denis Savelyev, a programmer of the Database Support Department, provided practical information on working with personal accounts in the Complex Information System of State Accreditation: how to fill in the documents and to attach e-versions of necessary documents.

The workshop ended up with the NAA’s specialists answering questions of the attendees.
