NAA’s Director took part in the festival-forum of best practices implemented by Universities participating in the state program to support Russian universities “Priority 2030” – Priority Fest and the 14th RISA Convention

National Accreditation Agency’s participation at the Priority 2030 Forum and the 14th RISA Convention

On October 13th–14th, MGIMO University hosted the festival-forum where leading universities presented their best practices within the development program «Priority 2030». The event was organized jointly with the 14th Russian International Studies Association (RISA) Convention where historical, socio-economic, political and legal aspects of shaping a new world order were discussed. The Convention gathered over 140 leading Russian and foreign scholars.

Lemka Izmaylova, NAA’s Director, took part in the Priority Fest and spoke about the quality control problems of online education. In her report, Ms Izmaylova paid special attention to a new model of state accreditation and diagnostic work within the framework of external review.

As the Priority Fest program included more than a hundred sessions on university management and the introduction of digital and innovation in education, Ms Izmaylova touched upon the topic of digital transformation of the state service for state accreditation of educational activities and the introduction of modern technologies during external review.

The result of the event was identifying key guidelines in educational and research practices.

The forum ended with a students’ performance from the MGIMO Cultural Center.
