On July 5, 2022, NAA’s representatives summed up the results of training devoted to state regulation of educational activities

Training on the further professional training (FPT) program on state regulation has been finished

The second day of training within the framework of the advanced professional education (training courses) has been finished. At the end of the event, a discussion on assessing the education quality took place. Training was organized by the Russian Technological University (MIREA).

Elena Efimova, the Head of the Department of Expertise, a senior employee of RANEPA, opened the seminar. In her speech, she highlighted the main aspects of the internal and external quality assurance system of education. She also paid attention to the main quality indicators of a HEI’s work as well as its ability to adapt to new conditions.

The following presentations provided information on students and employers’ participation in assessing quality of study programs. Furthermore, the participants learnt about the use of the diagnostic work as a tool for assessing the education quality during external review and federal state control (supervision) in the field of education.

Elena Zakhvatova, NAA’s Deputy Head of the Analytical Department, shared information on the external review procedure in accordance with the new model of state accreditation. Ms. Zakhvatova emphasized the advantages of the new mechanism for conducting external review in order to maintain and develop the education quality.

At the end of the event, certificates of the advanced training were awarded based on the results of the final certification of the seminar participants.
