NAA’s officials conducted training in Grozny-city

From September 30 to October 1 the Chechen State University named after A.A. Kadyrov hosted a seminar as part of the training program for further professional education (advanced training) "Development and implementation of the main study program in accordance with the law". NAA’s heads and leading specialists as well as experts from the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science, made presentations to the event’s participants.

Saidov, the Rector of the Chechen State University, opened the seminar. Then L. Izmaylova, NAA’s Director, presented a report “Assessment of the quality of educational activities”. Ms Izmaylova spoke about the creation of reliable tools for evaluation of learning outcomes to be used in internal and external evaluation procedures.

The first day of the seminar was devoted to the following issues: the requirements for the development and delivery of basic study programs, preparation of evaluation materials for external and internal quality assessment, problems and prospects for the academic mobility in higher education. The listeners learned about the technology of submitting documents for the state accreditation procedure, as well as about the first results of experts’ work on a new model of external review.

On October 1, the seminar was conducted in the format of a round table on the topic "The system for assessing the quality of educational activities in higher and secondary vocational education and training". At the event, the participants exchanged experience in carrying out internal and external assessment of the education quality and discussed the problems and prospects for the development of assessing the system in higher and secondary vocational education and training.
