Practice-oriented seminar

On May 19, a practice-oriented seminar “Requirements to the package of documents submitted by an educational organization for state accreditation” was held.

The theme of the seminar on 19 May was “Requirements to the package of documents submitted by an educational organization for state accreditation”. According to the conducted analysis, this theme is the most urgent for representatives of educational organizations preparing for state accreditation of educational activities.

The seminar was attended by 22 representatives from educational organizations of higher education.

Following a brief welcome by Dr. Elena Efimova, NAA’s Deputy Director, speakers gave their presentation in accordance with the program. Ms. Olga Kulkova, the Chief Legal Adviser of the Regulatory and Personnel Support Department, presented the report “Normative and legal support of the state accreditation procedure”.

Ms. Elena Avtenieva, the Head of the Automated Data Processing Department, spoke about the compilation of the set of documents for state accreditation by an educational organization that carries out educational activities.  Ms. Avtenieva also conducted a practical training workshop devoted to the specifics of completing the application for state accreditation drawing special attention to typical mistakes made when doing it.

Ms. Elena Zakhvatova, the Deputy Head of the Department for Innovative Development, made the presentation “General requirements for filling out the forms of information on the implementation of study programs declared for state accreditation”.

Mr. Denis Savelyev, a programmer of the Database Support Department, gave practical recommendations to the participants on working with the Personal Account of an organization in the CIS SA system, in particular on filling out the application, attachment of electronic versions of the documents.

At the end of the seminar NAA’s leading experts answered the participants’ questions.
